Built by Someone Who Failed the Same Way

I spent a decade as CEO of a robotics company - scaling it from startup to 270 people, raising institutional capital, building systems that operated autonomously in conditions that would kill a human. But I couldn't build a system for my own body.

I gained and lost the same weight four times over fifteen years. I had gym experience, PT certifications, deep research into nutrition. I knew what to do. Knowing wasn't the problem - sustaining was.

At 51, I finally figured it out. Not by lifting harder, but by treating my body like the complex system it is - starting with biology, building stable infrastructure, automating decisions wherever possible. I've maintained a cut while flying internationally. Reset jet lag in hours. Stayed inside the corridor through work chaos and family demands.

Default Fit exists because I needed it first. Now I teach it to men navigating the same terrain.
